unsa nga bug imo na encounter?? ako.a kay too sensitive ang clicking sa mouse.. as of now pa hap.. I'm using 9.04 mga 3 days pa.. or otherwise my problem is my mouse na.. heheh but sa windows ok ra man gud sya.. so guys need more comments about the new released copy.. thanks..

Thanks for asking...actually I managed to setup a local mirror server to serve our clients. We have existing local mirror of 8.04 32Bit, 8.04 64Bit, 8.10 32Bit and 8.10 64Bit. The version 9.04 32Bit and 64Bit are on the way. The benefits of these are very very fast update and upgrade and no more downloads for individual updates or upgrades. It is suitable to have a mirror if you have tons of ubuntu clients. To download all packages I am using the "apt-mirror" and configure the clients to lookup to this mirror.

Just wanna clarify...where your printer is connected? Is it shared from other machine and what is the operating system of the machine?

I think windows server ang os sa amo server.. don't have the IP add for that.. bawal man gud.. ako lang man ang nag linux sa amo office then tanan sila xp..

Bro kabalo sa hostname sa inyo server? Bro naa kay account sa inyo server like sa active directory? Before you can establish printer connection to a windows shared to your ubuntu machine, you need IP address or the hostname and account.

Unlike sa linux shared printer you dont need these things and it is very easy to connect to the linux or windows machines.

Make sure you installed smb then open a browser then enter the URL: http://localhost:631, just follow the instructions,

for samba it is something like this ...

smb://servername/printer

or

smb://usernameassword@workgroup/servername/printer
