Fratenity is good because its also like ur training ground in some aspect, it coud be: politics, business, sales & etc...I was one of a member, but with an INternational Collegeate Fratenity....no harm, no riots...we all have sevice and grow.....long live ADP-phils(beta chapter)

Fraternities and Sororities are still very much existent nowadays within the college level.

Some people confuse fraternities and sororities with gangs, but most of the time they aren't like that. But it depends, really, on what frat/sorority you're talking about.

There's the fraternity that means well, and is registered with the school... And there's also the underground fraternity that is only among the students.

There are also those fraternities that initially start well with good intentions, but along the years that pass, there's power play and perhaps how the new leaders of the frat manage the organization making it end up turning into a "bad" fraternity.

In my school, there is a registered fraternity, and I've heard of "underground" sororities and such. Haven't heard so much of "gangs" though. If a student belonged to a gang and started vandalizing or destroying school property, I'm pretty sure they will just get kicked out, so I don't think gangs are common in college. Maybe just DOTA gangs. o.O

sororities and fraternities are actually ok, basta dili lang siya bugal2x...

fraternities/sororities nga gaSige ug patay ug daot sa ila kontra nga grupo mao nah ang mga posers... d nah mao ang trabaho sa mga frats/sororities... mao nah ang common misconception sa kasagaran mga tawo ron.... they're as good as gangs...

kana nga klase sa grupo mga fakes nah, ang tinuod nga brotherhood/sisterhood kai kanang muEngage ug public works, muSupport sa mga fellow members, ug muRespect sa ubang mga frats/sororities...

sad to say becoz aning ubang mga fratmen nga gaSige ug patay naDaot na nuon ang tinuod meaning ug purpose ani nga klase sa organization, mao nga gConsider ang frat groups dri sa pilipinas ug mga fake....

gangsters in the other hand are just posers.... gaDa lang sila ug labad sa publiko... ug bati sila nga figure sa mga kabataan karon... they symbolize irresponsibity, ignorance, violence, and every negative setbacks sa ato society karon...

so if ang duha ka frat group magpatay den wala silai kalahian sa mga gangsters...

so far i know of only a few good fraternity groups...

so for the thread...

fraternities and sororities are still IN, nadaot lang jud ang purpose ani because of violence...
