You dont have to apologize , that will just serve as your first and final warning then I will give you infraction/s for cussing here .
I am very sorry about how you feel. Maybe you are not that open minded or maybe you are from a gated community and can't afford to get out of it and see the other side of the world.

Yes! They called him "Berdugo", only by people under the influence or intoxication of communist Ideology. People who found him as the caused of their great frustrations from gaining their personal interest using poor and weak people as their bullet and Ideology as their Gun. We know from the beginning Gen.Palparan, now Cong. Palparan or Cong. Terminator is the greatest anti-communist insurgent. Even during Cory Aquino's time.

At least Cong.Palparan are willing to die or sacrifice his life to fight for democracy.... Do you think Jose Sison, Satur Ocampo,(Bayan Muna), Akbayan Representative and other cohorts are willing to die for the sake of their Ideology? for the sake of communism? No, I don't think so.

Although Jose Sison, Satur Ocampo and other their cohorts have no direct or physical participation in killing non-combatant military personnel, civilian massacre and other inhumane activities done by NPA. They are still be called "Berdugo ng Bayan" or "Berdugo ug Nasud" for their active participation in funding and protecting NPAs.

dba marcos loyalist mani ilang party? asay naka democracy sa martial law? anad? diba layo man kaayo to sila sa rankings? saman ning pilipinas oi

"I have learned, first, that a man accused of torture, perjury, and the wholesale murder of dozens—by no less than the Supreme Court and the United Nations—is precisely the sort of man fit to sit in the House of Representatives.

Irrelevant, for example, of the testimonies of escaped political prisoners Oscar Leuterio and Raymond Manalo—whose flight to the witness stand led to the 2008 decision of the Supreme Court that Palparan was responsible for the disappearances and subsequent rape of University of the Philippines students Sherlyn Cadapan and Karen Empeņo—and in spite of the fact that a commission established to look into the rash of political disappearances recommended the investigation of the Honorable Jovito Palparan, the Commission on Elections permitted the party-list group Bantay—also known as True Marcos Loyalists—to represent the “marginalized and underrepresented sector” of the military in Congress “to implement the government’s national security program.” It was permitted with knowledge that the military has never been more represented in government since martial law, with the administration actively distributing plum leadership positions to retired military men, and with the certain conviction that the group will be led by the gentleman lovingly called “Butcher” by his men.

No matter the protests, the reams of investigative reports, the witnesses, the small girl named Sugar who lost her daddy, Palparan’s inclusion into the House of Representatives establishes that “Butchers”—for as long as they have friends—are not only exempted from the rule of law, they are ushered into Congress and are called “honorable.”"

with the entry of the new party list reps, siguro maayo nga mo ready sila ug mga boxing gloves diha sa congress kay mora ug mag sige ni sila ug away da: leftist against rightists! hahaha .. at least they will be a respite to the boring sessions they have out there .. but, from the papers today a news item is very curious: the Rich needs Partylist Representation, also .. patay na! basin mapuno na hinuon na ug mga partylist reps ang congress .. haha. pero, am still for the abolition of these if the country needs to save money! Let the LGU's do their homework for the good of the marginalized brothers and sisters .. and they don't need representations elsewhere!

unsa may gamit sa party-list representative sa Congress if the same party-list kay mag rally gihapon sa kadalanan..shouldn't they voice their concerns MORE in Congress than on the streets?

Maoist Pseudo Partylist Reps must bare themselves out!

The ALLIANCE FOR NATIONALISM AND DEMOCRACY (ANAD) strongly condemn, in unequivocal terms, the unabated rash of kidnappings, murders, and attacks by the Maoist communist New Peoples Army (NPA) as it calls on the Representatives of the self-styled pseudo Partlist groups, in Congress, to come out from their intentional hibernation and denounce the atrocities of the NPA.

ANAD Partylist Representative Jun Alcover decried the Maoist NPA utter disregard for peace and human rights which is in direct contravention to their acronym being the so-called “protectors of the people.”

“What have they done to the 3 soldiers of the 11th Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army in Guihulngan City, Negros Occidental and a certain Staff Sergeant Manlangit of the 36th IB, PA, in Agusan del Sur? They mercilessly killed them in cold blood?” Alcover said. “Do not these soldiers deserve the same human rights protection from terrorist actions?”Alcover asked.
“Why did they (NPA) raided the DPWH office in Barangay Bacacay, Gubat, Sorsogon last May 25? Isn’t it because they are wholly opposed to the construction and infrastructure projects of the government?” Alcover quipped.

Alcover explained, “What is happening now is obviously the implementation of Mao Ze Dong’s doctrine of – OPPOSE WHAT THE GOVERNMENT SUPPORTS; AND SUPPORT WHAT THE GOVEFRNMENT OPPOSES!”

Alcover lamented the fact that the continuing terrorism committed by the Maoist NPA has been met with a loud and deafening silence by pseudo-Partylist lawmakers of this 14th Congress.

The pro-democracy lawmaker strongly called on Partylist Representatives Satur Ocampo, Teodoro Casino, and Neri Colmenares of Bayan Muna; Liza Maza and Luzviminda Ilagan of Gabriela; Rafael Mariano and Joel Maglungsod of AnakPawis; and Raymond Palatino of Kabataan, to show your true and real colors. “Now is the time for all of these pseudo-partylist lawmakers to bare themselves out to the Filipino people,” Alcover said.

“Enough is enough. We cannot tolerate any of your scripted antics clothed with pretentions and deceit. The lines must be drawn now. The grains must be separated from the chaf, so to speak, so that our people could be given a better understanding and could render better judgment during the 2010 elections,” Alcover added.
