this is a very good development noting that students bound from the Souther part of Cebu can now enjoy a one of the finest university here in Cebu and one good thing of this is that they are now offering a maritime courses perhaps this is a must see course of this university since this gonna be their pilot course they are offering.

Koreksyon lang ko gamay sir ha, no offense. First sa Western part sa Cebu ang main target market sa USJ-R Balamban because Balamban is located in the western part of Cebu. Then engineering ra ug nursing ang i-offer nga college ( which is next year), walay maritime courses.
