Did u visit the site i posted? If you know how to configure your phone access point, pwed po yan. I checked compatible fone nyo with opera mini. Kaso hindi pa po ako nakahawak ng motorola e. Ganito po,punta lang po kayo sa websessions ng fone nyo then input lang kayo ng apn, proxy at port na makukuha nyo dun sa site. Un lang important na machange. Khit wala ng homepage. Download the om na working sa network nyo then use the profile you created when prompted to connect to network. You can either download the jar files from the site to your fone(may byad nga lang) or use a pc to download it and transfer to your phone tru blutooth.

you can download opera mini black edition. no additional settings required. just install the app and your good to go.
