to everyone one having a problem with smart wifi. . .

you have your right to have this disconnected WITHOUT PAYING DISCONNECTION.

I had this problem last year but I insisted on disconnection without pre-termination charges because of imperfect service.

I've been looking at the forums here and pinoydsl.net and it's all the same.

It's about time this service is shut down because it's not working and we deserve better.

Apparently somethings messed up in their network configuration. I've been checking the graphs and network stats in both windows and linux, and I found out my connection is like:

    30/133kbps - downstream/upstream

This translates to about 4KBs download speed and 16.6KBs upload speed.

Something is definitely wrong, kay supposedly, downstream should be greater than the upstream. ADSLx connections are supposedly like the upstream is at least 1/4 of the downstream.

Either they're throttling the download stream or there is too much customers per load. I tend to believe the former (or maybe incorrect configuration).

I'm on a 128kbps smart wifi connection. God bless
