do you fear your school rules and regulations?

now connect that, then you have an example of FEAR that we should do towards GOD.

its not a fear that we give to MURDERER, HOLDAPER and EVIL things.

Why do I have to fear my parents? I don't fear them. I love them
Why do I follow their instructions when I can decide on my own? unless I am still under their care!
Why do I fear my school rules and regulations when in fact I have nothing against them? because i play by their rules.
