sakto jud if tarong ang employer di man jud mangita og bikil ang employee..same nako gud nakawork kog cafe attendant nagdugay ko kay sacrifice lang para naa koy ma baon para sa q skul last 4yrs..all around pa ko didto asta sa pg limpyo ako sad..akoy nahimo og technician(fomat ko sa 15units) at the same time cafe attendant og cashier ako jud tanan buhat didto..pag 1yr kapin ra ko nakarealyz na tortured ra jud d.i kaau ko dd2 coz ang salary pagkaahak jud og makadwat ra kog bunos inig pasko sa 13th month pero kuwang pa jud..sacrifice jud ky ko didto for the sake sa q baon..ang ako gibuhat na anomalya didto nang free ra ko sa mga barkada na walay bayad2x..haha..mao 2 pag stop nako (coz conflict na jud kaau ko sa skul)di pa jud ko paundangon mao to gi straight to the point nako ako giingnan na gamay ra au akong salary icompare sa q tuition fee if mahagbong ko..

All of you are judging the employer. Here's the scenario, he always complains that his co-worker is always late (we've already taken corrective action to that employee). Second, he complains because he's paying for some lost items in the cafe under his watch (kung mawad-an mo, di diay nimo pabayaran? worse, wala siya ni completo ug bayad), third, he comlains because his salary was not deducted with SSS and complains to SSS that we should pay the said contributions (naa diay siya gi pass nga E-1? unsaon namo pag process, diba binugo? tan-awa, siya na nuon gipabayad sa SSS kay shared baya na employer and employee) then lastly (para nako ok ra unta pero mabuang ka usahay uy) if you ask him questions or info regarding the cafe like why do we have low income today? have you updated the anti-virus or games? all he replies to you is either "wala" or "ambot" (kamo, ganahan mog ingon ana nga tawo, murag walay pakabana?)

whatever your opinion is regarding the employer and the employee, it's your opinion and your entitled to it. you can ask his co-workers and some of the customers if they like him, you'll hear a common response.
