hehe ay, o kalimot ko master man diay ka sa photoshop. sorry. ambot d man ko kamao og bubbles kay its really an old old old ooold effect. that lightning effect also murag 6years ago naman tingali na napublish sa mga tutorial sites... aw kung filters diay... sus ngano naabot man ka dre sa photoshop na kung di ka mugamit og filters tawn.

step 1) open bottle of bubble solution
step 2) dip bubble wand in bubble solution
step 2) blow through dipped wand

presto!
