The TSR life, as well as many customer service/call center related jobs, are all about sacrifice. It is a fact that this type of work changes so many aspects of one's life: sleeping patterns, holidays, etc. But you have to consider it also changes one's lifestyle in positive ways, largely due to the higher income that it provides. Where else can a newly hired, entry-level employee make as much as someone who has been in another "normal" job for years already? In the end, it is up to the individual to decide whether the sacrifices are worth it.
Many times, those who make the sacrifices whole-heartedly are the ones who move up and succeed in this business.
Just my two cents worth.
Pit Senyor to those who are inside and outside the office right now.![]()
