wholistic approach bro, doesnt talk about god, when we say energy it involves
body,emotion & mind.
in schools usually the issue is fear of public speaking, though it has other deeper roots, we tackle it as it is, where the physical dscomfort manifest, & in just less an hour students are free from emotional inferiority/doscomfort.
