By the way guys, results of the Cebu Open 2009 Speedcubing Competition which was held at USPF covered court are already posted and official...1 kid from Luzon pust Philippines among top speecubers in the world..check here: World Cube Association - Official Results
The 4th placer is a pinoy and just 13 years old..He actually dominated almost all categories during the competition..
