If im the capable hacker then 100M is such a small amount of money, why not offer my services to a candidate that is willing to pay more than a billion for it.

and if he demo by hacking the system, op kors it will send an alarm that it was hacked. then how sure are you that they will be using the same machines or program come election time?

im sure they are already in place (pa lig-on sa system). that's why the challenge is there to erase any doubts sa kalig-on sa depensa.

btw, is there any hacking cases sa US automated elections? i doubt it.
