^from what the Colombians told me, we are more or less in the equal footing with them. SOme of their planes are hand-me-downs from the states, as much as ours are. When the major and that certain general approached us, they told us that if the budget push through they will start training the people with us and build the planes themselves so that at they could fix it as well. but you know how the system works here.... i'm pretty sure useless lang japon if they decide to build these planes coz kurakot here and there lang pud.
it's sad to consider our airforce futile, but that's just fact is, murag pointless na naa sila.
