so you mean, most of you who were terminated were tenyured reps/employees? i'm so sorry to hear that. but i think, you can escalate that kind of issue to the higher management? because for me, it's one of the biggest company here in Cebu. maybe, they're badly affected with the economic turn-down..

lol! grabe ang tinaktakay sa Bigfoot Mactan...and mga former departments nga tag 4 ang staff kay 1 na lang karon..I left Bigfoot Mactan ky barat kaayo mu sweldo..ila ka i.promote ug position pero imu sweldo kay mao ra japun..grabe pa mo powertrip na mga higher.ups diha...luoy kaayo na ila mga grips diha kay gagmay kaayo sweldo..the only good thing that you will get there is the experience..hands down, nindot ila mga production facilities..pero kung sweldo na gani, thats another story..

Whoever you are, I'm with you Man. They have a good facility. The students are good. The salary is good enough (I'm not from Production Department). Only the ManCom people makes it bad. I'm currently working in bigfoot pero naa ko sa Ramos, under ko sa usa ka maayu nga amo sa bigfoot (no kidding) he is one of the best nga na amo nako sa akong IT career.
