so far na a naman.. hahaha.. compared sauna nga 172lbs ko karon 161 na.. so medjo ning lose jd ko weight... suwayan nya na nako ang 1hour 30 minutes.. sauna 2 hours man ako makaya.. 1.30 gym jud alsa bug at.. after ana. cardio 30 minutes..
just do some research unsay pinaka efficient og effective time duration to spend when working out. as the pros say it, "GET IN, GET OUT."

for me bro is protein diet gud..dont drink softdrinks and beer...likai na ug rice and then kamote nalang e eat mao nai best way to get abs gud
