if we base it on reality check, naa gyuy possibility nga nka SOP ang mga tagdumala sa CICC project. It is common knowledge as prejudicial to all govt contracts. But the foundations of the contract to build CICC has no legal impediments whatsoever as compared to this FLI deal...There's a big difference there. It is as simple as that.

I will indulge you, if the questions raised by PJ about SRP has substance according to the constitution, then why in congress? mag mudslinging ra na sila didto, ipaki-uwaw ang cebu on nationwide TV, no resolution will ever come up as always, in congress.
