let me give legal advice... if dili pa mo married, definitely adto jud na sa mother even if recognized pa sa father ang bata. Our law says that if below 7 years old and child it MUST be under the custody of the mother UNLESS the mother is incapacitated to take care of the child (ex. psychologically incapable like insane or detained in prison). Once the child reaches 7, he/she has the option to choose asa sya mo stay... sa mother ba or father. Di na importante if kinsa ang naay trabaho or wala (prinsipyo na sa mga tiguwang). Even if naay trabaho ang laki, pwede man makaclaim legally ang mother ug support from the father without the need of giving the father custody over the child. So as a general rule, if below 7 ang bata, adto jud na sa mother ang custody regardless of whoever has the capacity to support the child. Hope this helps..

in other words, mas maayo kung magbulag mo imo legal or common law wife if above 7 years old na ang child kay maka pili naman asa sya adto. problema lang if dili ikaw pili-on sa bata....gud luck
