In fairness to the Presidential Wing... the Sikorsky S-70 is the civilian designation for a helicopter you may know by another, more famous name: The UH-60 Blackhawk. That's the front-line tactical transport for the US Army today.

y not scratch the air force division? since we don't have air assets that really differentiate them from other divisions(e.g. army,navy and the marines) the army usually used these choppers on their operations..so y not give these choppers to the army...
