as far as what i can observe only few barbaric shouting knuckle heads landed on higher positions in a certain company....
composure is a key to a good decision making and shouting sponge brains don't have it....

before we comment on your team leader's action did you ask your self why your TL shouted at you? oftentimes peoplre are very fast in defaming people yet the problem is themselves. Anyway, If ako nah, ako siyang sultihan na ayaw ko ug singiti kay e escalate tikaw sa imong manager. Doesn't mean TL ka singitan ko nimo! sulti ko ana basta dile ko badlongon na agent.. hahaha
