    nag aikido ko before sa baseline... pero naka ko na notice na trend during my time kay basata ma breen belt or brown belt kay dali ka.au mawala.. ganahan ko mu balik next year.. hope my body still remebers all those stuff

    so far I consider AiKiDo as peaceful form of matial arts and it's good for people who wants peace and harmony while training. not really advisable for self-centered and egoistic people though...

    Aikido is maayo for it teaches the person to harness his energy in harmony with his environment. It defines the teaching of self-restraint and control in the most perfect form. Aikido can never be applied in a scenario where there is an opportunity to harm an opponent, let's say a tournament, for it's philosophy is different than those of other disciplines.

    aikido is useful for self defense. especially in an environment where d jud pwede ang physical aggression like sa work or school.

    when you're attacked, aikido can be used to neutralize the attacker or discourage him from initiating more moves.

    ang sa ako kay depende ra man guro na sa tawo... kung mag hinambogero gani di nag pa kita lang na siya na wala siyay ayong pagka tawo.... but anyway... ako kid kay ako man gi enroll ug aikido summer class para maka possess siya ug self discipline... dili init ug ulo... kay mao man gud na ako nabantay sa mga athletes kasagaran mga bugnaw ug ulo... dili dali ma discourage.... dili insecure. mao ra na ako observation. thanks.

    bitaw, sa mga hubog ug di kamao effective jud, pero sa mga tang.an na mang hilam.os jud ug kinomo ang aikido.

    depende dyud na sa nag perform ug sa unsa iya g gamit nga technique. i mean naa uban technique sa aikido nga effective baya pero naa pud uban nga siguro for most people dili as efficient.

    Na lagi ngilgig mo away ug street fight ug 'mma' mo is praktis lagi ug aikido... naa siguro bearing na?
