Ted Failon's wife's death: suicide or homicide?

I was shocked by the incident.

If Ted Failon is guilty, he might be using his status as a cloak of protection. He's relying on what the public will think: Shooting your own wife when you have a reputation to protect is just so absurd and so unlikely for someone so respected and professional.

If Ted Failon is not guilty, he was probably in a state of shock and panic to tell his helpers NOT to touch or clean anything before rushing his wife to the hospital.

Issues like this are easier resolved if the right and proper people are just allowed to do their jobs and get to the bottom of it, and people like us to step aside, go on, and resume our own lives.

first, if ever... this will gonna be a criminal case and the guilt should be proven BEYOND reasonable doubt. lisud ng i-prove... all the police have on their hands right now are mere speculations, circumstantial evidences, at best. thats the reason why, the best (or worst) they can threat failon is "obstruction of justice"...

imo, unless and until they (1) get an admission or (2) get a first hand witness of the shooting, they really cannot pin down Ted on this... tsk tsk tsk
