I used to put penatrating oil on the edge of the connectors sa PCI devices. I used RP7 penetrating spray. It somewhat has an alcohol cooling effect when sprayed on the skin. (This would greatly reduce the cpu temp and the other devices)
So naa ko mas better idea if you try to use an RP7 penetrating solution rather than cooking oil this oil solution is guaranteed to greatly cool the devices way cooler than than the cooking oil (pang luto ni). Also I think this oil solution itself has coolant properties and is also absolutely non-conductive.
but its more expensive lang just immagin how many cans of RP7 to full up the casing.
Also RP7 evaporates faster so better if the casing is sealed tight.
I have used RP7 since my mini Racer hobby para sa makina sa miniracer and somewhat improved on the performance sa engine sa miniracer.
also you coukld also try WD40 penetrating oil. (handgun/firearm lubricants)
I'm quite excited with this idea. hehehe. Layooo rakayo na ang cooking oil theoretically.![]()
impractical.
