its better if you can see the place, yes its rented pa,...wala jud nah na close ang area,even though we are selling it,wala jud mi ni stop kay sayang man ang customers..naa jud sa sulod sa cebu doctors university canteen phase 2...the price is negotiable,just talk to the owner personally...
