but then again, holding these almost-naked shows in the general public will also violate the general welfare clause of the Local Government Code.

my best suggestion is to change the format of the show like only those 18 yrs old and above can only attend and watch, or, if not, have the contestants “adequately covered” to make them appear “totally presentable.

HMMMM. what about those almost naked dancers in WOWOWEE? aren't they supposed to violate something too?

the governor is a woman.. and I thiink she deserves congratulations for her remarks and decisions .. Bikini Open is fun .. lingaw man gani ko .. pero, usa nga di nako masabtan mao nga ang mga shows are held in public plazas where children are also present .. organizers should be sensitive enough .. bikini open is for adults and mature audience .. one time, nagbakasyon ko sa usa ka lungsod ug unya dihay bikini open, tan-aw sad mi .. pero, right on the stage, samtang dunay "shower performance" ang usa ka contestant, complete with sways and oohhs .. dunay mga bata, between 7 to 12 yrs old sad didto sa stage nanan-aw .. will it be against human rights if the children are prohibited to be part of the audience?

mao gyud. i think it's the most solemn time of the freakin year dire unya mag bikini open? it doesn't make sense at all.

we understand that this is the only time to having a very long summer holiday vacation, but for pete's sakes, not a bikini open during Holy Week!
