CITOM: Vehicle Clamping, Towing, Overnight Parking

maski wla gani sign na no parking i tow man ghapon. i also had this experience... just outside my house (beside the gate which is still within our property), i parked my car to have lunch kay kapoy naman abli pa sa gate nya mo lakaw raman ko dayun after 30 mins... i parked my car, imagine ha, i parked on our property, wla gani part sa auto ni tunob sa dalan, nya i was facing the opposite direction (but again) it is parked within our property on a residential area. pag gawas nku after 20 mins... gi clamped na ang ligid!!! kay i was parking the opposite direction daw!!! inside our property!!! paksit Php 1k nku...
pero i took a pic of the car with the clamp on... na ni babag na nuon sa among gate na naa unta importante namong lakaw na baboy nuon ang uban auto sa sulod.
again, these are the ROAD WARRIOR towing company. i think they operate somewhere sa south sa city kay ang tag-iya taga south raman pud dapit... ka luoy sa innocente ani ila kabuang oi...

bai, if indeed sakto ka why dont you sue them? hasol, but they need to be lectured. I'm not against towing coz it really give immediate discilipline to fellow cebuanos but dili pud na pwede ang abusar, di ba?

please please... try and sue them for unauthorized towing or car napping cause TOWING and CITOM personnel cannot tow vehicles in private roads and private property.

it's much appreciated that all of those affected or victimized by this non sense towing should complain in a legal process. take pictures, take notes of the parking spots, ask your local barangay to help document your towed cars.

please i urge you fellow istoryans. so that your complaints will be heard of in legal courts.
