I'm just posting to announce that the Cebu City Rugby Football Club Men's Team, the Cebu Dragons, will be flying off to Manila this weekend, March 4 to join the Alabang 10's Rugby Tournament to be held at the Cuenca Field in Alabang. This will be the first time the Cebu Dragons will be participating in the tournament, as well as the first time it will be playing officially as a 10's squad. The team has previously competed in the PRFU 7's tournament last October 2005, as well as the SEA Games 2005, where the team bagged silver in Division B.

We'd like to ask for the rest of Cebu to support Cebu's first rugby team. GO CEBU!!

The Cebu City Rugby Football Club will be conducting a series of Touch Rugby clinics every Sunday, 2:00 p.m. at the Sandtrap in Banilad (the road going to Ma. Luisa). We're inviting everyone to go to Sandtrap to join (it's for FREE!). Learn the latest sports craze to sweep asia and the rest of the world. Bring family and friends as this is a sport that is played by boys and girls, men and women of all ages.

We are encouraging everyone to join the touch rugby clinics that will be held every Sunday at the Sandtrap as we are preparing to hold a touch rugby tournament by late this year or early next year.

Cebu 10's International Rugby Festival

The ML KWARTA PADALA and Cebu City Rugby Football Club will be hosting the 1st ever "Cebu 10's International Rugby Festival" in the resort Island of Cebu City, Philippines on April 25, 2009 at the New Aboitiz Sports Field(Next to Makro, North Reclamation Area).

Teams from around the Philippines and Hong Kong will be joining the tournament to fight for the prestigious DRAGONS CUP.

Cebu City Rugby Football Club would like to invite everyone to this great sporting fixture and as a bonus, those who witnessed the famous runoff at the 2008 Fat Boys Tournament, will see the Special Re-runoff challenge of Boris "The Bolt" and Dave "The Sink". Also included is the New "Dragons Belly Competition"
