Hello... Magpahelp ko sa inyo, Naa ko condition karon na until now i'm still afraid to go to the doctor... Ang akong period and spotting mu last jd ug a month... Ana ang akong in-law kay hormone imbalance lang daw kuno na because of stress... Paranoid nako kay i'm thinking man gud ug worst sa akong condition karon... Guys help me...

And one more thing, mu sakit pod ang akong abdomen hangtod sa back portion nako, every night jd na siya while i'm having my period and spotting... Kamo guys naka exprience namo ani akong na exprience? Unsa man ang mao kaha ani na tambal na over the counter or herbal? kay sapagkakaron kay mura wala paman mi money para magpacheck up due to debt... Thanks for your help guys...

mao bah sis... before ning take ko ug pills, ning ok man ang akong dugo... akong gi stop because of the side effect... ning start jd ni siya kadtong maghuman nako ug panganak unya nagpadepo ko, kadto mura ma consider ra to nako kay stress man ko sa work... pero after 3 months sa depo ning stop napod ko sa akong work kay advise lagi sa akong OB kay gikan pako nanganak... sigi nako ug spotting, dili na nako ma distinguish kung monthly period ba jd or spotting... mu stop ra siya ug mga 1 or 2 weeks and balik napod ug spotting...

best option jud is to see a doctor.... i understand if ur afraid to go to the doc.. pwede man gud na hormonal imbalance na pero a lot of factors have to be considered.. one jud na nisud sa ako mind dayon is if u are pregnant or what.. u mentioned an in-law man gud, im assuming u are married.. spotting if u are pregnant, can be normal in the first tri but kuyaw na.. but if menstruation jud na, may i suggest hot water bottle to ease the pain or meds na midol, if it wont work, u know what u have to do.... lisud jud au mag.guessing game if it comes to health..

adto sa health center kay libre ang check up or donation lang gamay ra man na. ang check up sa OB more or less mga 300 or sa imong condition di man siguro na muabot ang more than 1t. mas maayo nang early paka pa check up para makahibaw ka kung unsa jud na imo condition. di man sad ta pwede mag tambal tambal lang ato-a kay mas dako pa bya gasto kung mu grabe na. the earlier the better. makit-an ra ang kwarta, ang health lisod kaayo. doctor jus ang best solution ana...update us here nalang....GOD BLESS...

nag depot ka? naa uban women nga di jud hiyang sa depot...there is a certain term for that ( di hiyang sa imong contraceptive). naa koy kaila nga depot sad iya contraceptive, once a year ra sya mag menstruate, but iyang spotting sige gyud and iyang na notice kay ni dako iyang abdomen. but di sy pregnant...again....see a doctor....

please visit an ob gyne for proper medication ayaw pag kumpynasa sis lahi na ra ba jud karon ang atong mga sakit hi-tech sad..

visit DR. NOlita Montera sa chong hua medical Center.... affordable ra ni xa...

before nag work ko, nag depo ko ana nagspotting ko for 3 months kay dili diay kuno ko hiyang... ning balhin ko ug pills... ning ok na to... ning stop ko kay nag-allergy ko kadugayan nako gamit sa pills (sa health center raman pod gud to gud.) pero kadtong mga days na wala nako ning take ug pills unya mu abot ang akong monthly period is mu abot jd siya ug a month... i dont know y... for now ning stop naman ang akong spotting, pero na hadlok ko na mu abot napod ang akong this month period mu abot napod ug 1 month...

yes im already married... mao pod na ang akong gi hunahuna sauna bcn preggy ko... pero nagpregnancy ko negative man... i could say yes stress ko even though wala ko nagwork kay ako man tanan nag manage sa mga bizniz sa akong husband... all the pressure on me (if you know what i mean)... mostly maka sleep nako 5-6am nah... so mu trigger pod na ug bleeding if stresS? am i right?

just like their advice, yes i believe u need to see an OB gyne jud.. naa koy ka officem8 nga after cya manganak, nag depo xa and yes.. for 3 mos.. cge jud xa ug spotting so ako xa gi ingnan nga mu shift into pills na lang kay for sure, di xa kauyon... after niya ni shift sa pills ni okay na. pero ang pills kana pud nuong medyo mahalon kay kadungog ko, daghan kaayo di kauyon anang sa center (trust) kay cge sakit ila ulo.. sis, ngun ana bya ko before when i was still in highschool.. mag last jud ug 1 mo. akong menstruation and take note, di lang xa ug spotting.. bleeding jud kay kusog.. gipa ultrasound and ang findings sa dr. hormonal imbalance.. naa xa gihatag nga medicine mahal kaayo, i can still remember the medicine's name.. primolut N man to xa pero kabantay ko, mu regular akong menstruation after ko maka take ato nga medicine for 5-6 mos. then mubalik napud ka irregular on the 6th mo.. ngun ana jud, kusog kaayo xa nga murag water na lang cge agas.. then (i know it sounds funny), pero naa cousin akong papa nga medyo mananambal gipa try ko ug inom atong tea nga iyang binuhat from 7 ka herbal leaves, then 2x lang ko mi inom, pero kahibawo ba ka sis, naayo jud xa.. ambot oi ngano to.. kaluy an ra pud.. til now, okay na jud xa.. basta sis para ma clear na imong doubts etc. see a dr. na lang jud..
