    lessen the food you eat,then exercise pud gamay,don't pressure yourself to much in reducing yourself basin ma-over fatigue nuon,lisod na,take it slowly & smoothly lang,don't be rush.

    puede pud stationary bike.
    you dont have to set it to its hardest setting.
    Adto sa humok lang nga setting pero pedal for at least 30minutes a day.
    If kaya na, you can go higher to 1hour a day sa humok nga setting.

    Puede ka buy ug mountain bike...climb or bike ka gkan JY padung Marco Polo kada early morning.
    Eventually moabut gyud ka sa TOPS ug sinikad...hehehe
    And you will meet lots of friendly bikers.

    ang lisod man gud sa indoor or bisan outdoor exercise kana man gud boredom.
    If ikaw ra usa ma bored ka. So, mawad-an ka ug gana to continue it regulary. Maayo lang sa primero.
    Discipline ra gyud tingali ang imong unahon ug sulbad.
    Kung disiplinado na ka, maybe you can do solo exercises.

    i do 100 crunches a day... and sometimes add prisoner's squat and do push-ups... for my push ups i do like 5-10; its really not for me'!
