    15-20 minutes rest after doing hard activities is the best time to take a bath,para safe jud kysa you take the risk,whether it's in the book or not,unless your in a in a rush k lang basta di lang pirmi...ok?!

    puro rman ni advices nga wla my rason nanu lagi kno mgrest b4 mligo or ligo dyon after exercise ky mao my gpangita sa TS... bsag ako sauna pani ngskwela pko nsg gi ask nani namo sa mga CIs pero wla my mkatubag straight ky mao sd lgi wla pay literature or studies kno...

    kni bro base ra sa akong own analysis ha ambot kng sakto bani ky naa raba mga dr. dri? hehe...
    ang atong lawas mn gud kng mgwork syempre mutaas atong temp, blood pressure, pulse...
    so in short atong vital signs den ang atong mga ugat ofkors na stretch na sya which s knhnglan jd to accomodate d high flow of blood dats nided by d difrent organs/systems... unya kng maligo mn gud ta dyon kasagaran below ang temp sa water compare sa atong lawas which wud result constriction sa atong mga ugat/muscles which is not gud so mao cguro muingon cla nga mgrest lng sa kno after exercise para mublik sa equilibrium imong vital signs... okidok?

    hehe... ako2 rani ha... b kind 2 correct kng unsa inyo ghuna2 or kng naa man gali dr. dri nga mucorrect mas mau para malinawan sd ang tnan nanung ang uban muingon mligo dyon or mgrest lng sa b4 mligo...

    Depende sa paniniwala nimo. Most westerners and doctors, believe na there's nothing wrong naman kung maligo ka after any exercise. Sa mga pinoy and chinese (sa pagkakaalam ko) ang naniniwala na masama maligo daayon after an activity. Wuts the term....paminhuton ba?
    Pero ako personally, nasanay na ako na hinde maligo daayon after an activity. And nasubukan ko lang one time na maligo after, ang sakit ng katawan ko the next day. Most probably dahil hinde ako sanay.
