    there may be a connection, sir. george washington was a Mason himself.

    the architect who designed the streets of washington dc (or at least a portion of it) was also a Mason.

    bro am not much into being a catholic more of a masonry.. but why is it that catholic church and masonry medyo not in good terms.. not only in the philippines but elsewhere.

    hello. you might want to try to read books on Freemasonry. or research about it in the internet. or perhaps, you may talk to Masons whom you know.

    because a certain Pope issued a papal bull against Freemasonry a long time ago. that threat of excommunication still stands today. though it hardly makes any difference.

    in the philippines, the spanish friars during colonial times are to be blamed for the uneasiness between Masons and the church. the atrocities committed against our countrymen fueled the revolution that gained our independence.
