tanan dunay pro's and con's pero ug nagkalisod ang nasud, mas maayo nga controlled and accounted tanang gastos sa mga proyekto sa mga honorables-kuno .. ang problema, daghan ang dili mohatag ug accounting kay dili transparent sa gastos .. ang pork barrel can, and i think being, be used as an institutionalized source of corruption .. example ana: usa ka congressman wanted to buy a second hand but very good condition mini bus for his constituents .. of course, from the pork barrel .. the original price was pegged at a lower than what was written on the O.R. of course, the good congressman may not have knowledge about it, or may have approved it, nobody knows .. now, come to think about the big projects bannered by them ..

ABOLISH. they are just wasting money for the government. they are not doing theyre job. all they do is to watch what the government is doing. rally didto, rally diri. why cant they solve the problem against insurgency. kai sila ang mata ug dunggan sa mga npa.

The party list groups are supposed to work for the benefit of the marginalized sectors in society as clearly expressed in the law creating the party list system and also even in the constitution. However, some party list groups have failed in this mandate. Prominent party list groups have reduced themselves into being rally groups and activists who litter the streets and who start chaos during significant events in the country. These party list groups are those aligned with the left. Other groups, though, have made significant contributions to the members they represent. Maybe next year, people would no longer be voting for those leftists in Congress.

k ra man ang partylist system so long as they are representing katong mga demarginalize groups, katong mga pobre, disabled, etc. ang kuyaw lng like sa bayan muna, bayan, anakpawis, etc., lain2x lng ug pangan pero under the same umbrella, mahug naa slay one big boss or one bagsakan center sa mg funds which i can say its unfair for those planning to make a REAL partylist
