    be with ur friends or family or people who can make u happy and cheer u up...involve ursef to activities u are interested in...and always pray...

    do strenuous exercise! this releases the endorphin hormone, the body's "feel-good hormone" which alleviates your depression by giving you a good sense of well-being after the activity. i always go for a long run if i feel depressed.
