    fiber food pero kung ka afford gyud ka whole grain ang imo carbs den protein gyud buy whey protein drink mao na pang kusog sa imo alsa do free weights and cardio 3 times a week for 30 mins ayaw pasobra i para dli ka mo nipis og maau but ayaw sad kulangi para dli ka mobaga sakto sakto lang heheheh

    dili na ako sa avatar oip.. kanang lalake.. na tago bah.. hahaha.. ako na lovey dovey..

    i used hyroxycut hardcore , workout morning jogging after noon dli lang ko palabi bcin mo gamai kog maau haha

    sa mga wala kaila.. fat burner na xa.. then from the name mo cut na xa.. meaning mas klaro ang imong muscle fibers.. hehehe.. kana ganing murag pina batista.. klaro ang mga muscle indention... grabeh maka payat pud wui.. and if mag gym ka murag di ka ganahan mo undang.. sige lang inom ug tubig. Sa amoa tag 35 man.. sa sm ang bottle nga daku 4,500 pero naa man daw tag 3,000 rah..
