U can never find a news article or from any media nga nag sulsol or nang galgal ang mga Garcias ug pa rally against the FLI deal. they even suggested for a dialogue/forum w/ the City officials para makita ang katag, in case u did not know...but not a rally or protest.

if it's about disadvantageous LGU procedures in getting contracts like this, the deliberations should be held in Congress where legislation is the issue, WITH THE SOLE PURPOSE OF STRENGTHENING OUR LAWS from any loopholes or weaknesses. but op kors, as always, it is also a good way to get free publicity too. PJ's a congressman, just like any other congressman that takes an opportunity like this one. (hapit na sab gud ang eleksyon...LOLs)...if City officials call it harassment, well they better stop first their harassment of the Ciudad project in the first place...

if it's about the Province (via CPVDC) questioning their being banned from joining the SRP bid, then perhaps the best platform for this is the courts...
