I think the worst call center is the one where my cousin used to work, they have to be since they were willing to hire him, it's somewhere in mactan. He told me that he had to login 15 minutes before his shift time and logout 20 minutes after his shift ended, thats like 35 minutes on top without getting anything for it, if he would login 30 seconds to early or to late he would forfeit all chances for a bonus. He had to work 6 days a week for roughly 8k a month without any Benefits. Then again, they mostly only chatted instead of voice calling, ahh yes and the owner would go apeshiat when he would hear you talk cebuano in the company permises he said that prick would scream at you in front of everyone, now who can beat that?
I think most security guards have a better deal than that, can't recall the name of the company though.
It's stories like these that make me appreciate the job I have.
