    I think the worst call center is the one where my cousin used to work, they have to be since they were willing to hire him, it's somewhere in mactan. He told me that he had to login 15 minutes before his shift time and logout 20 minutes after his shift ended, thats like 35 minutes on top without getting anything for it, if he would login 30 seconds to early or to late he would forfeit all chances for a bonus. He had to work 6 days a week for roughly 8k a month without any Benefits. Then again, they mostly only chatted instead of voice calling, ahh yes and the owner would go apeshiat when he would hear you talk cebuano in the company permises he said that prick would scream at you in front of everyone, now who can beat that?

    I think most security guards have a better deal than that, can't recall the name of the company though.
    It's stories like these that make me appreciate the job I have.

    Well sorry bud, I can't remember the name of the company.. my story was more meant for you to be thankful for the job you currently have instead of being a warning not to apply for that company.

    Knowing that there are such conditions out there just make me appreciate my current Company more.

It is all in favor of your company. That is why, maka-violate gali ang agent ug bisan unsa nga rules and regulations nga naa sa employees' handbook, automatic jud nga suspended sila or if not, terminated pa gali. UNder the law, the employees are supposed to have a say on how laws inside the company are to be formulated coz they are the ones who will be adversely affected with it.
    for sure attorney, that certain applicant of yours won't be suspended if he/she didn't do anything that can violate the company's rules and regulations. i've observed, people who worked in a call center company got this attitude that you can't measure, or somewhat an airheaded one, coz they worked in a call center company. they're so boastful, but in terms of work, such a low performance and even hard headed. as for me, you won't be suspended or given termination remarks if you'll just do your job well and work well..
