To ATi or not to Nvidia, that is the question?

i can vouch for a 3850, can play all the latest games with good detail, my brother is enjoying wanted weapons of fate and the last remnant and assassins creed.

although xfire with 3850s isnt a great idea, better off with 1 high end card or two better cards, maybe the 3870 or the 4850.

bro, u are xfiring because u want better graphics. and if u dont play, xfiring is going to be an overkill, ok?

for you to utlize ure 3200 fully, and because ure board supports xfiring, then u may buy a VC of same family to augment ure onboard GPU. if u need better performance really, dont crossfire, just buy a single better-performing graphics card like say 4-series Ati or 9-series or GTX-series nvidia.

so again Nvidia will not work in hybrid crossfire, and buy a 2k video card coz thats all its worth for your function if you wont game

OT: my post isn't to answer his post directly, but give him more info... i dont seem to like his way of posting back. and being a newbie doesnt excuse him either (we all started there)..

oh, u can not enable hybrid crossfire with 3850. ure 3200 can only be paired with 34-series ati. if u are to use 3850, u will be able to use it as a discreet card, not as crossfired card.
