Almost all problems relating to multiple IPs detected by RS is because that account has been phished. Always use the button to LOCK your account. There's no way somebody can steal and change the password of your RS account, but phishers can still use the account for downloading stuff. Unless you leak the UNLOCK CODE!
To ensure you're the only one using your RS account, always check the IP logs and match it with your PC's IP. If you detect multiple IPs on the IP logs, mostly likely you're sharing your account with somebody you do not know. In this case, change your account password immediately. Another tip is, if you attached an email to your RS account, make sure the password to your email and RS account are not the SAME!
