agree, but when you are the "tenant", in this case the ayalas, i think the credit should go to them. igo ra na gipa-rentahan sa capitol so to speak.

since some people might think i have selective amnesia, mention 3 concrete things that were built by the garcias from start to finish and can be considered their legacy? kanang fully funded gyud sa capitol ha dili nga hinulman kay tita glo. and please, don't include the CICC.

another point, when i meant BPO or EPZA, i mean really in the province that was planned and executed during gwen's term. dili ng dawat lang ug limpyo.

ang kanang mga garcia mga bright na sila in academics meaning sa school,as a public servants they contributed a little or have done traditional projects which is expected of their position ( solicitations on events, funding of bridges, giving money to victims of fire or any tragedy, suroy suroy sa sugbo and etc...what happen the other saturday about that big mishap in naga wherein a mini bus rammed to a container truck could have / can be prevented if's = they have put highway patrol units to regularly check this driver maniacs.problem they would always say we don't have the necessary tools such as the speed gun or no budget for fuel and etc... if the governor concentrates on her turf she could help the police/highway patrol/coordinate with towns and cities to put a system to control and minimize accidents like this. With the amount of banners and posters that have been spend just to show the different pose and facial expression of the governor would have been enough or a big help in helping to buy that speed gun or to finance the fuel for the highway patrol/police to man the highways.Tell me if the garcia's or even governor gwen will retire now ,what are or 1 legacy that the cebuanos will remember them or her?? serging osmena has the reclamation project and lito osmena the brains of the ceboom and tomas osmena has south road projects .

kay ngano man diay nang CFI Community Coop bro? naa kay blema ana? since 1970 paman na bro...dako baya kau natabang ang CFI sa mga tawo bro...unsa man kunoy nka hawod ni Esper ana?

in 2004, CFI bested other hall-of-famers in Land Bank of the Philippines’ Ginintuang Gawad Pitak Award, a national competition.

Founded in 1970, Cebu CFI Cooperative now has over 15,000 members in Cebu, Bohol and northern Leyte and have more than P700 million in assets.

It started as a means to provide short-term loans for the employees of the Cebu Court of First Instance but has now evolved into a credit institution bringing other services to communities in 447 barangays.

so dili ta patakag pang daut bro...palihug lang. insulting CFI especially their founder is also insulting their members...

kung na S mo, keep it to urself nlng. or better visit or join CFI para mka bawo mo how the coop is being well-handled. Esper doesn't deserve to be ridiculed like this...

it's not about jobs generated directly from CICC. well, op kors during its construction nka hatag gyud ug trabaho. But it's actually about the gains we get from the structure. Asean summit, trade fairs and exhibits, and other national and private conferences. those are things that indirectly give jobs to the people and make Cebu known to the world.

and by the way, CICC is not a white elephant. A white elephant is something that cannot be used anymore pero dako kau ug gasto like the Bataan nuclear power plant. We can also call white elephant kanang skywalks nga murag wala sa lugar ug actually walay nigamit ug gigamit lng ug pagbutang karatola sa mga politicos.
