some "cool" people dismissed him because he's famous in the mainstream...

I remember my friend from the microlab told me while inoculating salmonella on how she don't like dashboard anymore because many people already knew him. it's like she's judging what to listen to based on who's indie and whos not and not based on the music...


if you stripped down dashboard of their popularity (which actually they no longer are today), you will hear great music and honest lyrics.

but if u let their mainstreamness clouds ur judgement of them, then good luck to you.
