Somebody you loved cheated on you, would you ever forgive them?

the question is not about forgiving, but about how much pain can you bear.

cheating is a way to tell the victim that he sucks, and to prove to him that there is someone way better out there. it's a way to boost the cheater's self-esteem since they can easily manipulate how the victim would feel.

the victim, on the other hand, should think positive about things to come. he should learn from his mistakes, and re-assess as to what his weaknesses are that made the cheater cheat on him. thus, forgiveness should be second-nature. it's easy to forgive someone, but to get away from that bubble is hard as rock.
