Job Requirements:
a. Educational Background
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Interactive Media or equivalent.
b. Technical Knowledge / Job Description
* Minimum 3 years work experience
* Must have a keen eye for detail, high design aptitude and conceptual thinking.
* Proficient in HTML, CSS, DHTML, Javascript (optional).
* Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash (optional), etc.
* Optional Working knowledge in Javascript, PHP.
* Preference will be given to applicants with substantial web design experience with either local or foreign clients and also those with online portfolios.
* Highly creative, resourceful, organized and has a sense of urgency.
* Good communication skills in English.
c. Personal Qualifications
* Team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers and team members.
* Demonstrated ability to learn beyond professional training.
* Experience in Project Management is a plus.
* Strong communication (verbal and written), time management skills, fast learner, self- motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
* Loves to beat deadlines and more creative if under pressure.
