thats wrong idea, because he will be doing such its the RAM and the CPU and the HDD that will matter, GPU plays a very small role and probably negligible. so dont worry about the GPU. the GPU is just for getting the LCD to work and the ATI 3200 is fine, but i suggest you look for the strongest and most affordable processors. Intel right now is good because AMDs run a bit hot and are slightly slower than intels.

Sorry bro but i have to disagree on this, AutoCAD as well as 3dsMax does utilize the GPU of your system, especially when working on 3d viewport(s). I suggest go for th CQ40-107AU and upgrade its RAM.
