Hmmm...the costume seems to be made from...would you believe...cardboard? Or it's one hell of a very expensive costume

hehe actually di lang cardboard hehe

cardboard (cut to shape) ---> then mix glue with saw dust (for fiber flexibility) or u can use fiber glass sheet pero mas mahal na so option B saw dust trick is much cheaper --> then apply resin --> wet sand after pag dry sa resin ---> after smooth sanding sa resin apply Primer paint --> wet sand primer paint --> apply paint color or design ---> Apply Clear Automotive Lacquer Paint then wet sand nasad para smooth --> then buff it with turtle wax.

mao ni ang gi buhat niya ani na helmet to give the 100% authentic look gyud

I only read this stuff on cosplay costume tips.

My idea is kind-off more simpler though...cardboard and then poster board(the shiny type of cardboard)) color paint and then clear paint. Not sure though if it'll have the effect of the costume shine of this 2 peeps
