bro if food, you would definitely need to sell in volumes to get more profit ( as almost all business goes ) just a hunch but i think an all boys school or coed school would be a good market. for a few reasons...

1. girls doesn't eat much
2. boys does not eat - they garble up everything they see
3. girls - specially when they reach the age where moms give them allowances, they tend to be figure conscious so oil + food = bad for the diet
4. boys spend a lot on food than girls since girls tend to buy other stuff like accessories.

just a few of my personal opinions... i just hope this helps..
