    bitaw pirmi lang ko maka dungog nga super sayon ra jud daw ang account... pero bati lang lage daw management...
    plano pud raba nako mag pa tenure.. kay lami man gud kaayo mo dala og estorya ang mga trainors namo..,both english og product trainors namo lamiiiii kaayo mo sugar coat og estorya ayyy,,kung diabetic ka patay ka sa ka tam-is mo dala og estorya about the company... like naa jud daw ka chance nga ma promote or higher position.,, mao jud raba na ako unta gusto bah..mo apply higher position if mag dugay ko dinha...

    hi-tech daw ilang system pero wla jud internet access sa floor.. maski limited lang unta bah... paet.. tsk tsk

    ambot g.unsa na nila pag.compute ang 2,500 nga allowance.. wa jud ko kasabot... mangawt nalang ko sa akong ulo ig abot sa akong payslip... hibung lang ko ang naa sa akong timecard kai 88 hrs ko nag.work nya ig abot sa payslip ibutang lang ug 60 hrs.. ambot g.unsa na nila pag.magic... i.dispute pa gani 2 nako akong sweldo...

    dali ra 2 akong pag.apply.. 2-3 hrs after kai na.hire na ko... initial interview, phone sim, final interview ug exam nga data entry... mao ra... ambot lang karon unsa na ilang process...

    i would just like to know....why would you not leave and apply somewhere else like convergys,sykes,etel,ps i think they pay higher. why wouldn't you just leave and stop bad mouthing the company who pays you. right!

    it is high-tech indeed because proxy servers does not work, makes sense? no internet access because we have access to customer's credit card information even the security code of the credit card, that alone is easy to steal hence we are preventing this, just a two cents worth.

    Default For those who feel bad about ICT

    Guys, let me tell you that there is no such thing as a perfect company for all. I see that there are few of you here who have felt sour on how ICT hires, train, manage and pay.

    When ICT hires, we only hire people that works well with our accounts. I read that some applicants felt bad because our HR denied their applications because of intimidation. That's a crap! The HR's statistics are based on how good the people they are hiring.

    When ICT trains- it's quick and efficient. Incase, you can't pass then that simply means you're not up for the challenge. Our accounts might be very easy but it requires special skills. The skill of learning things quickly. Make sense? If you can't see what I mean then you're simply not for ICT.

    When ICT manage- it's the closest thing to magic. It's the hippest atmosphere ever!

    When ICT Pays- "sakto ang templa" Why pay more when our work is just fine-easy!

    While it's true that I can't make people shut their mouth up one by one... let me then tell you THANK YOU... without your bad mouth, we would not know what to improve.

    It made me realize that some people aren't smart enough because most people doesn't do their Math before joining something. I regret to say that sour gripping are only for those people who have given up their hopes and chances to be a leader in the company.
