yeah the professional fees lang ang fly now pay later to protect the interest of the consultancy kc the services are already done (like the client had their visa already then fly without informing the consultancy then without paying the amount to them hope you do understand. Sulit naman ung binayad ninyo sa kanila kc they give your requirement like visa or permanent residency visa. I am not working with EVP anymore since june 2004. during my work with them wala pa sila fly now pay later plan. EVP Consultancy sent many immigrants already to canada australia and new zealand.
