we can't just blame the parents on this case
those kids, young as they may be, still has minds and free will of their own.
it's the environment where they are growing and the parents are just powerless(or somehow not willing due to lack of hope and poverty) to change it for them.

Lumpen burloloy criminals emulating their aydols - d violent frats in Cebu. Need I say more? Last month, there was also a case of a rugby boy who attempted to kill his Papa twice but ended up being killed by his father. He was also a member of that notorious frat.
