OT: kinsai interested sa NEC na scholarship?? or kinsai gnhn mo avail ug NEC scholarship?

i have a classmate na DOST scholar but ni balhin sa NEC, bisag nkabayad xa sa gibayran sa DOST. mu share lng sad ko sa ako blessing. ang NEC kay full tuition ang ibayad sa imu, 3.6k monthly allowance, 10k to 12k nmn guro rn special project allowance for the whole duration of the scholarship, 5k book allowance/year, then napa toi transportation fare, back and forth only...

yep3x..tinoud na..its because ang government krun gusto nga ang mga DOST scholars ad2 ra pwde mka.enroll sa skul nga ang kors kay "Center of Excellence" or "Center of Development"..
for example sa CIT..ang mga DOST scholars did2 kay computer-related kors ra ang pwede enrollan kay mao ra man ang "Center of Excellence"...

la kaha nagsabot2x ang DOST sa CIT aning "Center of Excellence"? hmmmm, i heard na sabot2x daw cla.

dost scholar 2005 here! incoming 5th year CompE sa USCTC ^^, ako lng jd ang one and only DOST scholar dri sa compE haiizzzz.. dli nmn gd mudawat bg.o dost scholar para comp.e, CHE nlng sa engineering. knsay MERIT scholar dri? gamay japn ato mnthly, 1200 mn cguro dba..? haiizzzz.. pero mau nalang naa..

Naa pa intawn koy 2yrs plus. Tsk.Tsk.
Nagbond gani ko more than 100k para lang makagawas sa Pinas kad****.
Mao gyud ni ang downside sa DOST Scholarship, dili ka kadali-dali ug gawas sa Pinas even for a vacation.
