naa diay possibility nga mohatag ang employer ug written permission to allow an ex-employee to work in another call center? kung mohatag, maayo.. pero dili sad cguro sila basta basta mohatag kay ka kompetensya gud na nila...

usually ang nagaimpose lang man ug no compete claus are companies na nagprovide ug training. ila reason is nag-invest sila sa imo, so dapat sila lang pwede moharvest sa ila investment. there are lots of companies who imposes no compete claus to some positions and not to other positions within the company lang sad. ang uban gani call center kay cash bond di ba. kung di ka mowork for one year mobayad ka ug 20T to 50T.
